Executive Search Associates has been retained by The Corvallis Clinic to conduct their search for a Director of Occupational Medicine.
The Director of Occupational Health is a high profile position in the community. Overseeing an Occupational Health service line that serves 1300 local employers that sees over 25,000 patient visits per year between two sites. Primary responsibilities include marketing and business development, managing day to day operations, and serving as the clinical expert to advise employer clients.
Reporting to the CFO, the person in this role will have the opportunity to exercise their entrepreneurial spirit to continue growing the service line while working with supervisors to manage the day to day operations.

Requirements: 5+ years of experience managing an occupational health practice/program. 3+ years of management experience. A clinical degree which may be: Nursing, Occupational Therapy or other applicable clinical degree. A bachelor's degree is strongly preferred, or equivalent experience.
