Laughter is strong medicine for the mind body and soul
Laughter is a powerful antidote to stress, pain, and conflict. Nothing works faster or more dependably to bring our mind and body back into balance than a good laugh. As a busy CEO or manager you have to strike a balance between a high pressure job and life, gaining that work-life balance can be difficult. When you have extended deadlines, the threat of a takeover, development work, infinite opportunities, growth and expansion of the organisation, infrastructure work and everything else to deal with. It can easily become all consuming. One thing that the successful person who is able to cope better holds onto is their sense of humor, they will frequently laugh and therefore reduce their levels of stress significantly.
