This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Medical Staff professional to function in a director role and be a thought leader within Medical Staff Services.
Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, the person awarded this position will have the opportunity to use their knowledge and creativity to create a positive medical staff experience while also ensuring compliance and quality. With a well trained and dedicated staff, the Director of Physician Services will have the resources they need to succeed in this high profile position.

Qualifications:
Five years of Medical Staff Management experience and three years of management/supervisor experience are required. Certification through NAMSS is strongly preferred (CPCS or CPMSM). Bachelor's degree is also strongly preferred.
