Executive Search Associates has been retained by Barton Health in South Lake Tahoe to conduct the search for a new expert to lead their Risk Management Department.

Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, the person awarded this position will oversee all aspects of risk management, prevention and reduction.  Additionally, the Manager of Risk will oversee the corporate insurance programs, participate in regulatory compliance and accreditation and manage any risk events that may arise.

Qualifications:
Three or more years experience in healthcare risk management, quality improvement, or related department experience. Experience with patient safety with regular use of root cause analysis; including system, human and equipment failures. Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field.
