New Position! Chief Administrative Officer




Executive Search Associates has been retained to conduct the search for a new Chief Administrative Officer for The Corvallis Clinic in Corvallis, Oregon.  

The Corvallis Clinic is proud to be a Physician owned and Physician led multi-specialty group with 100 providers.  With a mission for quality and access, The Corvallis Clinic offers unparalleled care for the community. 

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Chief Administrative Officer will provide strategic leadership and practical management to the staff.  The Chief Administrative Officer is responsible for leading eight direct reports; mentoring the Administrative Team to succeed in leading their staff to deliver excellent internal and external service.  

The person awarded this position will have the opportunity to:
1) Work with the board to craft a move-forward vision for The Corvallis Clinic.  Conduct Board Education and Development.
2) To evaluate the business processes and infrastructure to identify opportunities for expansion.  Align resources to achieve the goals of the shareholder physicians. 
3) Represent The Corvallis Clinic in the community and the region.

Requirements: Bachelor's in Business, Healthcare or other related field is required.  Master's in Healthcare, Business or other related field is also required.  Executive leadership experience in the Multi-specialty physician practice environment is required.  Demonstrated history of inspirational leadership is a must.
