been retained to conduct the search for a new Chief Administrative Officer for
The Corvallis Clinic in Corvallis, Oregon.

Reporting to the Board of
Directors, the Chief Administrative Officer will provide strategic leadership
and practical management to the staff. The Chief Administrative Officer
is responsible for leading eight direct reports; mentoring the Administrative
Team to succeed in leading their staff to deliver excellent internal and
external service.
The person awarded this position will
have the opportunity to:
1) Work with the board to craft a
move-forward vision for The Corvallis Clinic. Conduct Board Education and
Development.
2) To evaluate the business
processes and infrastructure to identify opportunities for expansion.
Align resources to achieve the goals of the shareholder physicians.
3) Represent The Corvallis Clinic
in the community and the region.
The Physicians are an inspiring
