ICU MANAGER - NEURO TRAUMA

This is a chance to manage a brand new, newly remodeled Neuro Trauma ICU with 24 state of the art beds. This department is nationally recognized for the success rates it achieves in patient outcomes. Reporting to the Director of Critical Care and Emergency Services, the person in this position will use their knowledge base and expertise to autonomously run their department. The Manager will receive support from two assistant managers, one educator, six designated charge nurses and one unit clerk. Additionally, there is a code responder and excellent physician support.

Requirements: BSN is required, Master's strongly preferred. Five or more years of clinical experience within ICU, prefer Neuro Trauma experience as well. Three or more years of supervisory experience.
