Executive Search Associates has been retained to conduct the search for a Vice President of Clinical Services at Perry Memorial Hospital in Princeton, Illinois.
This is an opportunity for a progressive Nurse Executive to join a hospital that is in their next phase of growth to provide access to outstanding healthcare in a small community.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the person awarded this position will oversee inpatient and outpatient clinical services including; Nursing, Ancillary Services, Quality, Risk, and EMS. This is an exciting opportunity to join a hospital that is implementing Studer principles, upgrading their EMR and expanding services in the community.

Requirements: Bachelor's in Nursing or related field, Master's in Nursing or related field. Ten or more years of clinical nursing experience and five or more years of progressive leadership responsibility. Experience with Studer implementation is strongly preferred, as well as experience with EMR implementation.
