This is a chance to move into a full managerial role overseeing a total of 13 suites and 9500 procedures annually. There is a full time educator, charge RN's, RN's, tech's, MA's and administrative support to make the position and the department manageable.
The position reports to the Director of Surgical and Interventional Services who is supportive, innovative and a good boss! Qualifications:
RN with BSN and Master's degree or Master's in progress are required. CNOR preferred. Two years of progressive leadership experience (nurse manager, coordinator, supervisor, charge nurse etc.)
